THE FIRST PEOPLES SUMMIT 2006

The First Peoples Summit will be held at 2224 Innes Road, east building adjacent to The Life Centre in Ottawa. There will be a limited seating capacity of 300 people in the main room. An overflow room is available, if needed.
Lunch, dinners, and transportation needs, are on your own. Coffee/tea and refreshments will available.
General worship session and the signing of the Covenant of the First Peoples of Canada will take place at 7:00 PM on June 21st, on National Aboriginal Day.
Morning sessions for the 22nd and 23rd of June, are for First Nation, Inuit and Métis pastors, leaders and community members only. These meetings will begin at 9:30 AM, and resume again after lunch break at 2:00 PM.
Evening worship sessions which will begin at 7:00 PM are open to the public. There is no registration fee, but offerings will be taken to help with the Summit costs.
Evening worship, and particularly on the last night, we encourage you to worship, if you wish to, in your traditional regalia. The last evening will be a 'Celebration of the Nations.'
